A New Disease; A new Scent

I have come down with a new disease.
I cannot stop thinking about Luke.
When he's awake, I'm constantly thinking about what he's doing, if he's happy, if he's hungry, if he's stinky, if he's lonely.
When he's asleep, I do nothing but edit his photos (amongst the other duties I have to get done...) but all I want to do is write in his Journal and edit his photos.
When I sleep, I do nothing but dream about him-one dream he grows up to be a millionaire...the next...a hobo. (Ok I haven't had a dream that he was a hobo-but you get the idea.)
I have Luke-itis.

There's a new scent around our house...and it is very similar to the scent of everything that produces happiness, excitement, elation, and pleasant hunger.
Pumpkins.

I got the tutorial of how to make those flowers off of pinterest. Unfortunately I am addicted to pinterest so I only allow myself to scan through the pages mindlessly while I am doing the "middle-of-the-night-feeding." It's the only thing that keeps me awake. Aren't they cool though? Super easy and cheap too...

No, he's not naked-but his diaper is hidden behind his bumbo...and his rolls of fat.

This is by far my most favorite picture of him. Just recently he has discovered his hands. He just stares at them in complete awe as they move around. Just a couple of days ago he started sucking on them. Oh dear. I need to get some work done and stop looking through pictures. Go get yourself a pumpkin candle right now so you can skip around the house, wafting the delicious smell all around you. Oh dear. I sound like I'm in a Disney movie again.
